I love yoga at harmony yoga. Great instruction, encouraging you to be at your own level without expectation. Warm and inviting. I have never had an instructor that I didn't like, and each has had their own style.
This yoga studio jewel is amazing! All the teachers I have taken class with teach with such grace and wisdom of body, mind, and spirit, that I leave in bliss every time. This yoga studio is my Spokane Haven.
