Hot Yoga University

I went to my 1st hot yoga class yesterday. I was extremely nervous but immediately felt calm. The studio is beautiful and inviting. Effie was amazing She made me feel like I had been there a 100 times before. There was no pressure to do anything you were not comfortable with and made it clear that what ever worked for you was the right thing to do. I would definitely recommend this studio.

I have become a dedicated practicing Yogi at HYU for the past 8 years. Just the best yoga studio around. The HYU team is exceptional in every way. Offering perfectly balanced and complete yoga sessions focusing on mind and body. The vibe is cool and the people are true and genuine. If you have not visited please join us. First time here ... took the pyropilates class with Kyle and lemme tell you what! It was amazing! It was very challenging... just what I needed to add to my weekly workout regimen. He really helped push you to the max and the vibe of the studio was very welcoming. Definitely recommend! And will for sure be going back!.
