IE Loves Yoga

I met Krista back in April 2023 and started working with IE Loves Yoga to teach yoga with the KITS (Karnig Infant-Toddler Success) program participants. It’s such a unique experience to be able to have the parents come to yoga while their children can also be present and occupied with fun and productive activities. The parents feel relieved to be close to their children, while also taking time for themselves to do self work and personal development. KITS also provided activities after the yoga hour to promote skills for the parents and also creative and social projects between the parents and the kids. It’s been great meeting and working with Krista and Kristine and the KITS crew Maria, CeCe, Adrian, Emily, and Olivia! You guys are very caring about the health and well-being of San Bernardino County!.

I came in for a meditation class and a sound bowl healing and it was lovely! Krista and Christine put their heart and soul into the center and it shows.

Excellent staff fantastic environment and amazing experience with fantastic attitudes.
