“Vasa the Yoga Studio offers opportunities to learn how to adjust the practice to fit your needs on any day. Chelsea is a 500-hour RYT yoga instructor. Her skill-based approach to movement increases strength and range of motion through deliberate and progressive yoga classes. She tries not to take herself too seriously and encourages students to do the same; she keeps her classes lighthearted and functional. Their weekly class schedule offers various class styles and welcomes practitioners of all experience levels to every class. Their staff includes highly trained and knowledgeable instructors with varying backgrounds and specialties. Chelsea takes this time in class to explain some of the finer points behind an asana because she feels it when it makes sense in the mind and the body.
