I highly, highly recommend Excel Physical Therapy. The therapist and his full staff have EXCELLENT customer service. The therapist and aid take complete notice with all of your session by noticing how your movements are, improvement and also if your in pain. The therapist will add specific attention where needed AND as needed. I began in a wheelchair and am now walking well with a walker. Next we’re going to start using a cane. TOP 3 PETER LINGAS, PT, DPT, OCS, SCS - INSTITUTE FOR PRECISION IN MOVEMENT REVIEWS
Back in early spring I had started powerlifting again and out of the three main lifts, my favorite is the deadlift. This is where I excelled the most and can lift more than twice my bodyweight. The program that I was following called for a heavy triple and I got overconfident. On my second rep I pulled wrong, felt a sensation on my lower back and my eyes went dark for a few seconds. The pain was terrible. I had been hurting for weeks until IPIM came to my rescue. They had taught me proper hinging, activating my core as a ‘whole’ unit to brace and keep my lower back straight and protected as well as warm-up exercises before I do any of my lifts. Now, I don’t lift without my warm ups and proper hinging practice! I have not had injuries or back problems since.
Took my daughter after a knee injury. She is a dancer so getting back to dancing was very important to her. Peter is amazing, kind and so knowledgeable! My daughter started on crutches and ended up walking, dancing and doing dance leaps and dance turns better and stronger than before her injury. The amount of time and thought that goes into each session is incredible. The resources that they use during the hour session from underwater treadmill, laser, leg compression, exercises and strengthening machines is great! They also take proper covid precautions too, so that is nice. With 2 very active children we have seen many days of physical therapy over the years. I highly recommend this place as it the best we have ever been too.
Growing up I was never an athletic person so I never had any sports related injuries or questions. I’ve recently taken up the sport of powerlifting and came to PIM to see if there was anything they could help me with. I didn’t know what to expect. I thought I had a good foundation on my movements but Pete showed me that I had so much more to learn. Coming to PIM has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my “athletic” life. Pete has helped me recover from minor sprains and has made sure I have the skills and knowledge to make myself better.

TOP 3 ANTHONY PORTILLO - TRANSIT PHYSICAL THERAPY REVIEWS
I started coming for my low back. Anything and everything that I did caused an intense amount of pain. After after only a few visits I started noticing improvements and less pain. After having gone for several months I have almost no pain, I can sit longer and all the lifting I do at work no longer aggravates my back. I have a lot more mobility and flexibility. Now I am going in for my neck and shoulders and I have seen a great deal of improvement as well. I enjoy going because everyone is always so friendly and informative and they take the time to explain things thoroughly. Justin, Carolyn, Bianca and Luis are AWESOME.
I am very satisfied with the service I am getting for my little one, thanks to dedicated team, my son is improving in all communication skills. Brianna is one of the wonderful therapist who goes above and beyond. Sara is another dedicated one. I highly recommend this place.
I’m very appreciative of each staff member. Senica, Conciana, Michelle, and Shawn. And the front office ladies.
