I just left the most wonderful experience. Life Moves Yoga offered Sound Bath therapy this evening. As soon as I arrived I was welcomed with smiling faces and the most beautiful, genuine souls. It was an amazing experience that lifted my spirit and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and healing session. The sound bath was presented in a beautiful yoga studio with dim lighting and no distractions. The whole experience was beautifully intense and invigorating. The soothing and harmonious vibrations helped to calm my mind, release tension from my body, and help me feel more balanced and connected to myself. When I started practicing yoga and joined Firefly Yoga & Movement Studio my life changed in so many positive ways. I love everything about being a member of the community. The instructors are so awesome, each class I have attended has been wonderful. In challenging myself to try new classes it has opened up my world to new experiences. I have made some great friends along the way. And the best part is that the owner Kelly & manager Shannon always welcomes you with a smile and always makes me feel at home in the Firefly community. I have really enjoyed Firefly Yoga. When I started I was a newcomer to yoga and I was a little hesitant but I feel that I have learned a lot the last few months. Noelle and the other instructors are always so encouraging and help make sure we are doing our poses correctly. I look forward to going every week and my body feels so much better.
