Molly Davis Yoga

Absolutely love Molly and her yoga. I learn something new every time. She’s wise, innovative, patient and great with beginners or advanced practitioners. Her music is always on point, she’s always creative and fun and I just adore her!.

My husband and I have been doing yoga with Molly for several years now and we love it. Molly is a great instructor and really good about working with mixed level experience in her classes. I have used her modifications to accommodate a shoulder rehab and also after ankle surgery. It is great to know that you can still have your practice and be able to modify when needed. I am grateful to have learned from Molly Davis. She is the best!.

I love practicing yoga with Molly. She is a great instructor, but she is also very helpful when I ask questions about a pose, or suggest something I would like to try. She will work with me individually but she is also great when she teaches a Zoom yoga class to us gals from all over the country.
