Namaste Yoga

I'm a teacher at Namaste but I'm also a student. I began practicing at Namaste over 12 years ago and consider it my yoga home. I felt drawn to the studio for the building's historic charm and big, oversized windows. I returned for the array of kind and generous teachers and staff, all as welcoming as the next. I remember wanting to study yoga but didn't know where to start or felt like I didn't belong at certain studios. When you come in, you'll just know it's right.

Namaste is the best. I struggled with Yoga until I found Namaste and now I'm hooked. This studio is for all levels, ages, body types. The instructors are inviting and enlightening. I highly recommend trying Namaste!.
