Obsessed with this studio. I have been going the last year. and will be keeping this in my routine. The instructors are QUALITY and I always leave feeling mentally and physically charged. They are super warm and friendly too, always make everyone feel welcomed :).

Peach is an amazing instructor ! Her energy is inviting and motivating . It was my first class and time . If you go to her class make sure to bring a huge Stanley water and come hydrated, she will have you putting in work ! Lol . The members are also very friendly , I really enjoyed the aura of everyone (:.

Omg! What a great class! Would 10/10 recommend. If you're new, they've got great restorative classes, awesome way to get a REALLY great stretch in. And if you're experienced and can handle the heat, their hot yoga is PHENOMENAL! The instructor was knowledgeable, you could hear her throughout the room, and she was encouraging you, not trying to fix you. So glad I went! Can't wait to go back!.
