Sunshine Yoga Shack

I've been taking yoga classes at Sunshine Yoga Shack consistently for several months- heated, power, yin. Aerial, yoga teacher training, and special events also offered here. All the instructors are phenomenal- warm, kind, encouraging, sharing their knowledge and energy. Lynn (owner/instructor) transformed this space into a place where all are welcome to practice and grow and be supported. The positive energy is palpable here. Super thankful for all the benefits I've received from practicing here and I look forward to continuing .

Love this boutique gym. Instructors are always kind and welcoming. They’ve built a really good community so everyone else is really friendly and fun. Signing up for sessions is easy on their site. No experience needed. I really like that they require you to wear socks because of hygiene, but they don’t require any specific kind. I’d recommend buying some grippy toe socks but you can get by without them. If you forget socks instructors or other classmates will share extras. Only been to a couple sessions so far but definitely one of my favorite workouts now.

Sunshine Yoga Shack has changed my life. I am more healthy physically, mentally and spiritually. There is a big variety of types of classes from aerial yoga to restorative yoga and there is definitely levels for everyone. I particularly enjoy the atmosphere of friendliness and caring. It is like a second home and family for me.
