Best yoga studio I've ever been to. First went there 9 yrs ago. Its a staple in Old Town. Great, friendly, fun atmosphere. Ernie & Stacy are really hands on owners, & teachers as well. Very efficiently run. Good assortment of classes & instructors for all levels & schedules. You will feel welcome the first, & every time you visit. Its affordable, has a good range of discount packages, as well as individual classes available.

I attended my first class this morning. The location is really great! It’s super close to my house. The instructor was very attentive and nice. Looking forward to my next class!.

I just experienced a lovely Tuesday night stretchy yoga class that I highly recommend. I’ve taken other of the late afternoon/evening classes and recommend them as well.
