This place and the owner are wonderful. This is a class that is subtle and powerful. Marybeth breathes energy and light into the class and gives powerful cues for helping with alignment and adjusting your body in different poses. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, strong and so wonderfully open. Honestly so glad that I picked the studio to visit while I was in town.

This is a perfect gem in a perfect spot by the sea. Wonderful, experienced, caring teachers have made me such a better yoga practitioner. I love the special workshops, too, including meditation and Kirtan.

The teachers are terrific, there is a lot of love and care in this studio. There's nothing like it, Personal care and excellent yoga practice. Everyone is welcome and treated royally.
