Wild Light Yoga Center

Highly recommend this studio. It has several Limbs of yoga as well as other exercise modalities to learn from with heated and non heated rooms. Teachers are fun and engaging as well as very knowledgeable. This is my yoga home.

I cannot say enough good things about this place not only are the classes awesome and challenging and so beneficial to the Body and Soul. the instructors are even better if patient and informative and constantly guiding you to the proper technique and letting you go at your own pace. I just love it.
