Back & Joints gentle flow with Ilan Golick is one of the best yoga qigong classes I’ve taken! Hit the spot, just what my body needed. Yoga Qi with Jason is also a great experience for mind body soul The yoga tree is a pleasant studio to practice in I encourage you to explore the variety of classes.
