Yoga 6 has enhanced every aspect of my overall health and well-being! I have been taking 3-4 classes/week for several years and I look forward to taking 3-4 classes/week for as long as I can! The instructors are amazing and the connection & feeling of community in the studio is fantastic! Truly, it is the best yoga studio in Boise!.
