Touchmark on South Hill

I couldn’t say enough excellent things about this place , I would for sure recommend to everybody. And I would for sure come back to this place the nurses that I’ve had have been the best ever , so caring and go up and beyond there job duty, the nurse I had last night on 3/16/24. She was here till 10 or 11 . And I couldn’t say enough great things about her , they r always checking up on u , I feel right at home in this place , great food also , once u come here , u won’t look no further , I want to say thenk u to the entire staff , keep up the great work , u r all so wonderful and caring , thank u again.

Planning for a significant life change, such as moving into retirement living, is uncharted territory for most people and their families. As an employee of Touchmark on South Hill, I have discovered the Administrators, Managers and support staff have hearts way too big to capture. Every day I am at work, I see Senior Citizens receiving the support and love they need. As someone who grew up in a small farming community, I see that same closeness and caring that can often disappear in a larger environment. It is a great privilege to know the people who live at Touchmark on South Hill and to work with fellow employees who are making sure that our residents live a life of meaning and purpose.

Touchmark is a great place to live and work. I have been working here for about 6 months now. I enjoy coming to work and co-workers are fantastic. We go the extra mile to provide compassionate and high standard of care to all of our residents. We love them!!! To all the negative comments about this facility is wrong especially coming from a ex employee. Symphony baby girl you have a lot to learn about being a cna and if you can't handle it maybe you need a different profession. Call lights are meant to be answers and rounds done every two hours just in case you forget what rounds are again lol and if you cant handle changing somebody you are really in the wrong profession.
