Our family has been looking for a new car for about 8 months now. However, dealing with car dealerships and salespeople has held us off from making a decision. When this RAV4 popped up, we knew we had to suck it up and go take a look. Teri made the process so easy and anxiety-free. She got the car pulled up for us, let us look ourselves without trying to influence our choice, and didn’t try to sell us on any newer models or upgrades. Teri knew this was the car we wanted and answered all our questions with no problem. She also knew car shopping with a toddler is not easy! She sent us home with the car since it was dinner time for our kiddo and we came back the next day to finish up paperwork. Don had everything ready for us to sign. He too laid out all our options but didn’t pressure us into any big purchases or upgrades. We super appreciate Teri and Don for making our new car purchase easy. We will be seeing them for our next car purchase for sure.

They handled everything while I worked so I was able to continue my revenue stream uninterrupted. Thats huge for me. Walked into the dealership, paperwork was ready. Eric was our salesman Top notch ! Honest people at this dealership. No bait and switch, we were interested in a car and came in on a Sunday they were short staffed but they treated us very well! Gave us a good trade in number on our car and numbers all worked out for the new Forestor we picked up. Will be doing business with them again in the future. If you stop here talk to Eric he’s the man.

I went on a Thursday to look at an Ascent, onyx edition. Eric greeted me and showed me the car that I had been searching for. He was extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I then proceeded further into the sale where not only Eric, but the finance team were very professional. Just a few couple of hours later I went back, picked up my new car and drove home. I would HIGHLY recommend Subaru of Spokane for your next car purchase.
