I emailed the office today at 2:02pm because my kitchen lights were not working. In less than 15 minutes I got a response back letting me know that Justin (maintenance person) would be over shortly. By 3:30pm I had a new light fixture installed and the problem was taken care of. I really appreciate the prompt response and the way it was all handled. Justin did a great job.

We’ve lived at The River House for almost 2 years and we love it here. They have a pool, gym, dog park, and a playground for children which my kids love! Right next to the Centennial Trail which we frequently walk. The staff is always super friendly and helpful no matter who we encounter. Maintenance is usually pretty quick to fix or replace things and the ladies working in the office are very kind. There’s also usually monthly communal gatherings to get people in the complex together which we also love!.

River House is my favorite apartment community I’ve ever lived at! Jazmine and Christina are always so helpful and work hard to resolve issues and take care of their residents. My son enjoyed the pool so much last summer, and the gym has really cool garage style doors they open up for a nice breeze! I felt really safe and loved being so close to nature, and I was able to reserve the clubhouse space for multiple larger gatherings/parties. We have missed a lot of things since moving into a home, but I know where I’m going if I ever need to rent again!.

I love living at River House. It is so quiet. I like that you can use the Flex app for rent. Jazmine in the front office is amazing. She always has a smile and has been very helpful. The apartments are beautiful and eating dinner on my balcony in the summer is pretty cool. My son loves the pool. And we both like riding our bikes on the Centennial Trail.
