We worked with Gabriel who was very knowledge about the products. We went in with a budget, talked to him about our needs/wants and he showed us the best options. He was very mindful of our budget and didn’t try to push something more expensive on us. He talked to us about what deals he had and helped us find the perfect bed for us. We were very pleased leaving there. Haven’t had that type of customer service in a long time. You could tell he was there to serve his customers and really listened to us. We will 100% be back in for all of our mattress and pillow needs. The purple pillow is amazing! Isaac was our salesperson and his calm and relaxing manner made the shopping experience so comfortable. He worked hard to match our needs with the best deals and I left with a mattress and frame for all 4 of my kids rooms. Sales person was knowledgeable about the available products. Helped us choose providing several different mattresses. Cautioned us on too firm of mattresses. The whole buying experience took 30 minutes. We are not tire kickers and found exactly what we wanted. Turned out the sales person had similar experiences as us. Very pleasureful experience. I loved my experience at BoxDrop! I heard about the store from my parents, and went to check them out. The staff is super friendly, asking if you need help finding anything. They also offer coffee or water which is very nice of them. Their prices are very competitive. I’m not super well versed in the world of furniture, but the sectional we bought was a little cheaper than others we were looking at, with the color, quality, and size beating the others. I would absolutely recommend shopping BoxDrop.

What a great place! Josiah and Joe helped with our sectional purchase. They were not pushy at all which I appreciated the most out of our experience. We were able to walk around without feeling like we were being followed. We found a sectional that was perfect along with a perfect price. We bought an older home and paid for the delivery and instillation of the section and the delivery team was communicative and right on time. They had a tough move because of the small hallway but they were great.

Everybody was extremely helpful and kind. Got a great couch for a great deal. Delivery was simple and everything was setup exactly where we wanted it. I’ll definitely be sending friends and family here when they need furniture.
