I have had Overland Park Heating & Cooling work on my HVAC for around a decade and I couldn't be more impressed with their most recent service, particularly the expertise and dedication of Doug Crews. Our AC unit had a leak that another company couldn't identify, but Doug's meticulous approach and thorough inspection uncovered the issue. Doug, along with his colleague Dan, were both great to work with and came up with a comprehensive plan for the fix. Would highly recommend them for their exceptional service and for their expertise and dedication.

I called on a Saturday in a snowstorm and they came out, diagnosed, and fixed the problem with my furnace all within 2 hours of my initial call! So impressed with their service, especially our tech Derek. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and fixed my issue really quickly.

Last year had our a/c compressor replaced and recently our heat quit working. Rachel and the crew are awesome. Fast response time, extremely friendly staff, customer service is impeccable. Can't say enough great things about Overland Park Heating and Cooling. Highly recommended.
