From Theresa who took my call and scheduled an appointment for the very next day to LaMont arriving on time and taking care of us. The whole experience was great! We called Augustine as a preemptive measure to avoid any mouse problems with the temperatures dropping drastically. They scheduled us very quickly. Mark is great. He is so good with our dogs which makes it easier to have someone in the house. He didn’t take long. He’s very professional and pleasant. Will definitely call on Augustine again.

The service was a good and thorough. Would be a higher rating if it was just him. Called for a return visit and the AI system set me up for a 11 to 1 on the scheduled day and I said yes. On the day of, the tech arrived late, but his scheduled said it was an open 8 to 4 appointment. When I called back before the tech arrived, the AI acknowledged the 1 to 3 time frame, but said some nonsense about a 10 to 2 appointment overriding mine. Garbage system. Cant recommend a business that doesn't vet the system. Garbage in is garbage out.

Brandon and Alex is my technician that came out and completed a reapplication of my yard and inside the home for activities of spiders, and ants. They knocked down and clean spider webs and wasps hives. The bait boxes were checked as well. They did an outstanding job and if I can I want them to be my regular serviceman.
