A Large Job very well done by Titan Painting! We had our popcorn ceilings removed and knockdown ceilings installed. We also had the walls painted in several of our rooms in our home including the entire main level. Kevin and his team were tremendous! The process was great from beginning to end. It started with a prompt quote and communication from Kevin. The quote was very competitive and the process was clearly laid out so there would be no surprises. On the day the work started, the crew showed up promptly and we walked through the entire project again so everyone was on the same page. The preparation to ensure all walls, furniture, and floors were protected were phenomenal and appreciated! The crew was very polite and a joy to work with. Another aspect of Titan painting that I appreciated was their ability to “flex” teams when needed. As an example, on the last day they brought in two crews for the walls and knocked out all of our rooms in one day. As the project finished, we did a full walk through with Kevin and the project lead and anything we weren’t happy with was fixed immediately. Let’s face it, removing popcorn ceilings and installing knockdown is not fun, but Kevin and team made it as least disruptive as possible and the overall process was really enjoyable. Kudos to Titan’s painting for a job well done on a very large project!!.
