We went in and Steve made us an unbelievable deal on the most gorgeous solid gold necklace!! He wasn't pushy or arrogant as some mall sales people were. He just knew his merchandise and told us we'd be back because no one would be able to beat his price and he was RIGHT!! We went to EVERY jewelry store in the mall and NO ONE came close to his offer! He even gave my son a choice of a free necklace!! When I asked Steve about a gift box for our special gift he brought out the perfect box!! Have always bought my jewelry from Kevin’s but normally Ontario for the past 15 years. I came just to look in SB an I was very happy! Both managers were amazing at helping choose my wedding upgrade and the male manager sorry didn’t get their names heard me tell my husband to go grab sees candy before they closed and he went and got me a box of chocolate! We also got a great deal. We left with a beautiful ring, and my husband got another necklace. I will definitely be going back to the store in the future. Thanks guys.
