We had an absolutely stellar experience with Hometime Windows. We were referred to this company by a friend who was equally happy with her experience. Our main contact, Austin, and his colleague, Drew, helped us through initial scoping. No problems with the process, and we were impressed with the team's preparation and expertise. We very quickly nailed down the project and a quote was turned around within a day. We replaced 16 windows, all retro-fit, in our home. On installation day, the whole crew (Nate, Frank, Vincent, Joseph) was very professional, kind, and efficient. There was a small issue with one window, and we really appreciated the guys for promptly making things right rather than dismissing it. We were also given many tips on how to operate and maintain our new windows. Everything in the end looks beautiful, and we are thoroughly enjoying the upgrade. It's clear that everyone at Hometime takes great pride in their work, and they care about their clients. So much integrity. Their products are functional and beautiful, and the entire experience was very high value at a fair price. Just sign with them, you won't regret it.

We had Hometime Windows and Doors install a new external door to our garage. We needed nothing fancy. Just a door that does its job. Danny came out and installed the door with care, precision and attention to detail. The weather stripping is perfect, and the door jam is very sturdy. He even filled in a gap between the paver stones and the wall with cement, so it would keep out water and look more aesthetically pleasing! Overall, the workmanship was amazing. Afterwards, I got a phone call from the owner of the company asking me if we are happy with the door and its installation, and specifically Danny’s work. Great customer service. Overall, I highly recommend this company to install a quality door in a quality fashion.

Had a pleasant and easy experience, from the sales person, Kaleb, informative and knowledgeable. The installation crew demonstrated a simple noninvasive removal and installation of a new sliding glass door… love the outcome, professional, clean up, etc… would highly recommend the quality and service. I will definitely go to again, for further purchases.
