I moved in 2.5 years ago, and I am still happy. The office staff are nice, especially Rosemary. On move in day, the apartment was clean with a fresh coat of paint. A staff member walked through the apartment with me and noted the few items that I asked to be fixed. Over the next couple days, I noticed a few more things that needed to be fixed, so I submitted a request. Within a week of move in day, they took care of all the fixes I asked for. Since then, I have had maintenance requests every once in a while. The maintenance team has been good about fixing things in a timely manner. If you are a single person, it is best to move into a one bedroom apartment because it is not easy to add people to the lease. Also, the demand for rooms ebbs and flows with the local university's schedule. Whenever I have a question for the office staff, they are friendly and helpful. It is nice to live in a place with well-maintained landscaping and a good view of the mountains. There is shopping just around the corner, which is convenient.

I moved here 2 weeks ago, and I really love it here. The moving process was fast and easy. The girls in the office were all so friendly and helpful. There is so many stores and restaurants in the surroundings area it makes it even easier to get to and the freeway is close by,everyone keeps to themselves and it's really quiet, it's such a nice place to live in.

I have lived here for a few years and recently transferred to a bigger unit. I was initially stressed about the move, but Tamika and the team made the transition as smooth as possible. Their professionalism and support truly made a difference. I appreciate their effort in making the process seamless!

I absolutely love living here, we’re going on 4 years and haven’t had any issues that weren’t immediately fixed by Hannah. Hannah is extremely responsive via email and always follows through . Carlos the maintenance man is AMAZING! always such a great attitude and he's super attentive! Even when we see him outside of work he's so friendly and always willing to help. This place is extremely clean, the garbage man comes 2/3 times a week. They are constantly cleaning, i have NEVER seen any critters inside or apartment. They do apt check ins every 6 months and change out our air filters. The amenities are GREAT! They have multiple laundry rooms, a dog park, dog stations with complimentary baggies, huge pool and jacuzzi. Luxer lockers, gym. So much! I truly love the convenience of the location right off the major freeways. I 10/10 recommend the landing.

I love living here! It has been almost 4 years since I moved here. I like how quiet it is here. In the office, Irma and Hannah are still so friendly and are always there to help when I need it. Here are two of the maintenance people I know, and they're amazing! When they come in and fix something, I feel comfortable. The apartment complex has many amenities like laundry rooms, a dog park, a pool, jacuzzi, gym, BBQ area, etc..plus it's close to the freeway. I wish I could have lived here forever. Haha.

This is a great place to live. I’ve been here 5 months and I love it. It felt like home the minute I walked in to inquire! Hannah made me feel like family, she responds to emails quickly, answers any questions I may have! Irma is also always very helpful! Community is very clean and QUIET!!! They are always cleaning and keep up with maintenance and landscape. No critters!!!! Super plus!!! I thank God so much for my home! Blessed beyond measure to have the opportunity to be here!

I absolutely love it here. So far so good not to mention the "working "security gates. Their very attentive to residents' needs and complaints. Maintenance is very responsive when called.2024 I’m still here and I have yet to see any roaches ants bugs whatsoever. So id highly recommend these apartments.

How i feel about Creekside well i love my apartment and i really admire how the management runs the entire complex. Any time i ever had a issue with anything inside my apartment they come right out and fix it, i am also amazed how safe and pleasant it is in our complex considering the fact that we live in a very high crime poverty stricken area i am happy to be a resident and i want to say thank you to all the staff at Creekside . you guys do an amazing job . thank you and god bless.

I have been a resident close to a year now, the management and staff in the office are very accommodating and consider resident needs. Which is a plus. In addition, management keeps up with appearance, amenities, parking, and outdoor gardening within the community. I will say have seen the apartments expand since I’ve been here and changes have been made for the better of the community.
