Went into the store just to look and see what was available. We wanted to see the products before we purchased them. Even if we didn't purchase there. Had no intentions of purchasing from here. But then we walked in and met Christine! She was very sweet and understood what we were looking for. She didn't pressure to purchase. When I told her what was keeping me from buying, she went above and beyond to look look for what was in our budget range. We walked out with my adjustable frame and Sealy Sleepy's mattress! So comfortable and I had the best night sleep. Way less pain in my legs thanks to the adjustable frame and new comfy mattress! Go into Mattress Firm and ask for Christine!! Even our delivery guy Henry was amazing! Purchased Saturday, had our bed by Monday morning! Thank you for helping us! We will be returning for another mattress very soon.

Was considering buying a mattress through Costco to replace my current old one, but came to Mattress Firm in Redlands to test out various mattresses and see what was best for me and my partner. Jeremiah was very helpful and took time to explain the different qualities of mattresses and let my partner and I try out almost all the mattresses on the floor to see what was really best for us. Because of the excellent help we got from Jeremiah, I ended up purchasing a mattress that really suited me that same night -- his help really made a difference and I didn't need to go to Costco! I would recommend going to a mattress shop in-person, it really made a difference.

After purchasing a “mattress-in-a-box” online which was a painful failure, I was really happy to find a comfortable “real” mattress at Sit and Sleep. The gentleman that helped me, Dave, was super helpful in pointing out which mattresses matched my needs, let me try them all more than once, explained warranties…all with patience yet without making it take all day. The whole shopping experience was pleasant and easy. I will shop there again if I have a need mattress.

Sales rep wasn’t pushy, he was patient with my going back and forth trying different beds. He clearly explained all warranty’s of al beds I was looking at. Delivery was awesome, they were fast and efficient and very nice. Sales rep and delivery men both went above and beyond me expectations. Last but not least I love my new bed.
