Banya 5

Banya 5 is one of my most favorite places to go in the city. It's like stepping into an oasis. This is one of the only places you can go for a legit cold plunge experience. The staff are so nice, everything is clean, and the clientele are friendly. I always leave feeling so blissed out.

Absolutely amazing customer service! Front desk is amazing, and the manager makes all feel warm, welcome and with appropriate knowledge. Saw him also helping in the spa. I received a massage from Wayne and he made me feel extremely comfortable during my first time and was so talented. I feel great. Will be returning.

What a great experience. Clean spa and sauna, friendly and helpful staff, and a great bunch of locals. Go enjoy the sauna/ice bath back and forth and sleep like a baby afterwards.
