KATTERMAN'S SAND POINT PHARMACY REVIEWS

This pharmacy has such a great Travel Clinic! It was easy to make a reservation online and the pharmacist spent a lot of time talking to us about his travel vaccination assessment. We received the first round of vaccinations that day. It was quick and easy returning for the remainder of the vaccine series. Everyone is very kind and professional. They were also very good at accommodating me as a nervous needle person (and they didn’t make me feel bad about my anxiety like other places do). I travel a lot and I’ve used virtual travel clinics in the past, but I’ll never go anywhere else now that I’ve been to Katterman’s. I highly recommend Katterman’s as a pharmacy in general and especially as a travel clinic.

Super cute, retro neighborhood pharmacy. They also do compounding. There are a ton of cute gifts if you’re in need of one. The people working there were all really nice and knowledgeable. With all the pharmacy closures, it’s good that this one is still in business. I recommend giving them your business.

Extremely fast service. Had a prescription called in from Children’s and waited no more than five minutes. Highly recommend.

I've been a customer here 4 years. Their service is outstanding! I think what stands out is their communication, they're always on top of my refills or when a new prescription comes in and letting me know right away. And most of all, there's an overall vibe of kindness and empathy.

This pharmacy is the only pharmacy that is consistently/ever able to get my Rx which is a rare one. They go through a lot of trouble to get it regularly stocked there for me monthly for the past couple years now. Reliable, kind, and truly looking out unlike the many other pharmacies I’ve tried. I’ve never had a problem here after many years of going. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. Nurse of my daughter pediatrician refused to refill my daughter medication but the girl at the pharmacy helped us to communicate with the doctor and we couldn’t be more grateful to her. Thanks for all your help.

I didn't think a five-star pharmacy was possible, but it's real! They just have things, or tell you when they don't. I've never had to wait long, and they actually do the pharmacist "new drug consult", unlike every other pharmacy I've been to. I hesitate to even leave this review, lest it become a victim of its own success, but I'll have to have faith that they'll do great even if they pop off!

People here are fantastic. Recently, one of their employees - Sarah - was a fantastic help for me as I was dealing with some insurance issues and trying to get medication delivered. They’re also pretty prompt with letting me know if there’s ever an issue and how it can be resolved. Glad to have them.

They are organized and helpful. Super happy I switched from my last pharmacy! Ian was especially helpful in updating my insurance info and setting up a regular refill schedule.
