URBAN YOGA SPA REVIEWS

I've been going consistently for a month and have lost ten pounds already. I love that their classes are 100 degrees. An instructor told me that they are the only studio in town that heats to 100 degrees. They use infrared heat. The rest heat to around 90. I will keep going here. The instructors are really amazing, the studio is so beautiful, and I love going to the morning classes. They are challenging, but I feel so calm after and it's a great way to start the day. Perfect pacing for a vigorous vinyasa class but they know how to slow it down and pace for a newer class/student like they did for me when I came back after the holidays. I feel a sense of community there. I like my instructors. Can't wait to see more progress on my yoga goals and weight loss journey.

I seriously love this place! I have been practicing Vinyasa Yoga for about 3 years and this studio has the best flows! Each teacher has different sequences so you aren't repeating the same flow everyday like most mainstream studios. Team is friendly, welcoming and encouraging. I hope to come here for a long time.

The room was extra hot and got to sweat a lot. Some of the hot yoga classes I’ve gone to weren’t that hot mostly just very warm. Joshua was really great. I really liked his teaching. Started slowly then progressively gotten faster, the slowed down again in the last five minutes.

I've loved all the instructors I've had so far, and the convenience of the yearly membership is great! I can sign up for classes days ahead of time or 5 minutes before it starts. I'm fairly new to yoga and the multilevel classes have been great for teaching me new things while at the same time not being too intimidating. Love this place.

Wonderful instructors and location. The ambience is fit for a yoga studio. I enjoyed no-charge-missed-class policy as a member. Also, like the wide availability of classes. Parking was a bit of a challenge at prime-times and lack of changing room/showers was a change for me, but I enjoyed the reasonable new member unlimited monthly fee. Highly recommend.

My friend was kind enough to give me a free pass so I visited the Queen Anne location. Ferrah was so nice and I loved the flow and the space is amazing.

HALEA YOGA REVIEWS

Picked yoga back up after a 4 year hiatus and am loving the experience Pranify offers. The studio is clean, modern, and relaxing. Classes are offered often across a variety of instructors and styles with signing up online being easy but needing to be done in advance. Be prepared to sweat as studio temperatures are at 100° F. Overall it's a kind community here and it motivates me to develop my yoga practice.

Pranify offers multiple classes a day, all levels. It’s easy to find a class to meet my needs. The instructors are all unique in their practice, each one offers different insights into my own practice. The heated rooms allow me to find deeper stretches and focus. The location is great as well, near Greenlake and right next to a local health food store. I highly recommend Pranify yoga.

I love this studio - it's my favorite in Seattle! I have taken classes when I've been in great shape as well as when I've been just starting to work out again postpartum, and I've always felt challenged and welcomed. Love the instructors and music choices too. Would recommend.
