The first time they came, they measured the window and came out to fix it but we had an issue with receiving the payment from the tenant that broke the window so we had to reschedule, The next time they came out, they didn't bring a piece of glass big enough to fix the window so we had to reschedule again but had to wait for the new piece of glass because it had to be special ordered. As soon as they received the glass, they sent out two very polite and knowledgeable technicians that fixed the window very quickly and made sure that it looked absolutely perfect before they left. I would highly recommend using these guys. They were all extremely knowledgeable, friendly and they were all 100% willing to accommodate our fairly minimal scheduling availability.

They were great! Super hot day outside and nice and cold in their showroom. I needed a part for an old andersen window and they went over and above to help me figure it out. Thanks Southgate glass, I appreciate it.

Very knowledgeable staff. Had them replace my shower door and they did a great job!
