Everyone was wonderful! We had several people at Elk Grove Honda help at us over the past year while we looked for a vehicle. We car shopped for over a year at many dealerships but we could not find the car we wanted. We ultimately decided on getting another Honda, the exact same model we bought 10 years ago! We loved our Honda, it has been reliable and has been with us through many military moves and life transitions. Raymond was our main sales person and the person we contacted throughout the past 6 months. He kept us updated on the inventory coming in to their dealership and contacted us when they expected the car we wanted was going to arrive. We placed a deposit but our car arrived early, during the holidays while we were out of town. They held the car for us for over a week until we got back in town. We are so grateful with how professional the Elk Grove Honda team has been and how much they helped us find our dream car. They were also patient with us but never pushed/forced us into anything. The dealership made sure I was taken care of… the car has more accessories on it… and the finance person really took his time to get me a loan I am totally grateful for. I pulled right up and got service right away. All the intake staff were polite, and very efficient. They explained everything to me on what they recommended. The service itself was very fast. The shuttle driver who picked me up to get my car was such a gentleman, and we had good conversation. The experience overall today was stellar. Thank you.

I recently visited the Nissan Elkgrove Ca Service Dept for the first time, where I was served by Jeff. He greeted me promptly at 7am and demonstrated exceptional kindness and generosity. Jeff thoroughly explained everything as he worked on the documents and efficiently completed the repairs on my vehicle ahead of schedule. I was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding service and management of the outlet. Great teamwork!! Excellent.

Had some belts fixed and my traning worked on, and excellent service for sure. Thank you Brandon for getting things fixed in a timely manner, we had to bring the car in again due to missing screws, however Brandon squared everything out. I appreciate him for that.
