ALPHA1 BUILDERS REVIEWS

We had severe water damage in the house as a result of a water leak. This affected the bathroom, bedrooms, hallway and garage. The Alpha1 team were called in to dry out and restore the water damaged areas. They did an excellent job in repairing our bathroom & garage, replacing the affected drywalls, replacing the carpets, etc. A special thank you to Maria for coordinating the entire work and to Rob and Tim who supervised the entire project. The owner Ryan was super helpful as well. The entire project was executed professionally and on time with Maria sequencing all project tasks and keeping us updated all throughout the project. The team did a thorough clean up after the project. Very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work. Would highly recommend them.

Fernando and his team did a great job on our bathroom remodel. The work was excellent; his team is hard working and get the job done. From the first day of demo, they did not stop until it was finished, each day a different trade would show up to get their part done. They cleaned up the mess and made sure we were happy before moving on.

Alpha1 builders did a great job for us - absolutely 5 stars! Ours was a big job with new flooring and painting on 3 levels. Their team was highly skilled, hard working, professional and thorough. They finished ahead of schedule and did a beautiful job. We highly recommend them.

After the Paradise Camp Fire, I went to Pacific Modern homes with an idea from my previous home of what I wanted my new house to look like, as well as some non-conventional building practices (encapsulated home) They took the rough set of plans I had printed from my old footprint, and came up with a set of plans, worked with me to get this done, delivered an excellent product to my empty lot, and with the help of my own general contractor, we have been in the home for a year and a half, and we are very happy with the results. Thanks again to Tony and the rest at PMHI.

I'm in the beginning stages of working with this company. My goal is to start a podcast as soon as I get everything locked in so I can share this journey with anyone thinking of buying a prefab module home so please wish me luck.

Robert with KO Builders completely remodeled our master bathroom recently. The end results are simply amazing…he turned it into the bathroom of our dreams. We went from a shower/bath combo to a his/hers shower. He communicated every step of the way so we knew what was being done, etc. Customer service is great. We will definitely use him again on our next spare bathroom remodel.

Robert at KO Builders is THE BEST! He was super responsive, detailed, kind and such a hard worker! He made sure everything went smoothly and really wanted us to love our new kitchen. Work done: soffit removal, demolition, moving location of fridge and oven, installing cabinets, installing new lighting in kitchen and dining room, installing countertops, backsplash and new vent hood. Thank you Robert for the amazing work.

KO Buoders remodeled my Mothers doublewide trailer, the trailer was brought into today and is beautiful.
