The work they did was terrific. There was no evidence my truck had been damaged. Mark Z. Was my contact and he was always professional and friendly. The staff in the office was helpful and friendly as well. I heard they did good work and they upheld their reputation with me. They were a bit expensive, but I could not have been happier with the quality.

I had a very good experience with Auto Body Expressions. Communication was clear and they went out of their way to ensure I was happy with the work and backed it all up with a warranty. The work they did was quality and I really cannot tell there was any damage to my vehicle. Everything worked perfectly afterwards.

The manager Matt and his entire team including Lauren, Kassidy, and Alyah are amazing! Not only do they do top notch work on vehicles, They also have outstanding customer service.

I chose this place because it was on the list of places to take my car after I got in a car accident. The staff was super friendly from the moment I walked in. They are knowledge and very transparent with repairs to the car and how much needs to paid. Any added repairs was communicated along with the price. My car was completed in the time I was given. When I received my car back it was just like new.

The person in charge was very kind and professional, and explained my questions from the customer's perspective first. I received this email a long time ago, but it was too early to know the quality of the repair since my car was repaired not long ago, so I couldn't reply. I am very satisfied with the service results.

I was very impressed with the work done on my vehicle. Thank you to Josh for going above and beyond to get me back on the road. Excellent customer service and very communicative. Will definitely recommend going to this location.

I recently took my baby( car) to get a checkup and estimate from a fender bender I was involved in at Elk Grove Custom Collision Center and they did not disappoint. Antonio is a great communicator and that goes a long ways with me. He and his amazing front office staff members Rhonda and Bev who are the first ones you see upon entry, were very professional with a kind smile and welcoming demeanor that made me feel as though I made the right choice. My experience was a perfect example of Excellent customer service and I highly recommend Elk Grove Custom Collision Center for your auto body and collision repair needs. I even received OEM parts too.

Josh and the team worked fast and diligently in getting my car repaired. After the car accident, I brought in my car and was able to get an estimate the same day. Josh communicated with me every step of the way and was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had with the repairs and insurance. I highly recommend working with Josh and Elk Grove Custom. I've had quick repairs at other shops before but the work was definitely not comparable to EGC. I get many compliments on how my bumper looks shiny and new.

Elk Grove Custom Collision Center is the best. Very professional and efficient. Josh was excellent, walked me through every step of the way and was able to get my truck looking new again before the the date it was supposed to be ready. very happy and satisfied. Highly recommend.
