Kefi Yoga

Discovered this gem of a place through a co-worker who invited me to join her for class, and after my third try, I was eager to become a member! I tried yoga before at a couple of studios but what Kefi offers is truly one-of-a-kind. I’m the kind of person who likes to be drenched after a workout or else I feel like it wasn’t enough. So I am obsessed with the variety of heated classes, from Vinyasa to Sculpt when I want more of a physical challenge. The instructors are kind and thoughtful in their guidance. Angel the owner teaches a hell of a themed sculpt class weekly (loved country theme!), and is easy to reach when having studio inquiries. The studio has the best of both worlds - it feels ample with high ceilings while also cozy with a community vibe. And the wide range of times offered help me not miss a day of movement. I am so happy to have this studio near by and to incorporate this into my wellness practice. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a studio with reasonable pricing that offers a wide range of movement approaches!.

The best hot yoga place I have ever been to! I have tried a few studios and this studio surpasses them by far. The instructors are amazing and do a good job for all levels. It feels like such a community here and every staff member has been exceptional in providing such great service. Excited to continue coming here and learning/growing :).

This was my first time at Kefi Yoga everyone is so helpful and kind. I took Heated Sculpt with Roxy Sudario. It was such a fun challenging class. They provide a free mat for your first class. They keep everything really sanitized. Overall great experience.
