My first visit with Angela was transformative. Not just because she put needles in me and gave me some clinical advice. All of which were excellent, but her presence is profoundly healing and she said exactly what I needed to hear in that moment. During a time when my mind was getting in the way of my own healing, Angela was able to cut through those blocks and reflected a world of possibility, hope, and ease on the healing journey. Being supported by her allows me to gently and deeply release all the stress, fear, and things that can't even be named. Thank you, Angela~ you are an angel.

I couldn't be more enthusiastic to recommend Christina Nguyen at Magnolia Wellness. She has been integral in my wellness journey and the best acupuncturist I've ever experienced. She creates such a safe environment, truly listens to your needs, and has unbelievable talent as a holistic healer. My skin glows and my stress levels are significantly reduced as a result of her treatments. I am eternally grateful that I've found her.

I had a wonderful cupping appointment today with Christina. She took the time before our session to listen to my lifestyle and address areas that could use some release and healing. We also discussed future acupuncture therapy in which she was deeply versed. I’m looking forward to seeing here again in the future.

Acupuncture has been so helpful in just a matter of weeks. I have always loved holistic medicine/therapies and have had several health issues within the last year and a half that have yet to be fully relieved. Acupuncture has undoubtedly been the most helpful in the shortest amount of time. I notice my digestion and stress to be so much better and I can’t thank Kacie enough for being so lovely. She listens so well and is so supportive and encouraging of the healing process. It is so evident that she wants to see her patients feel better and is passionate about the work she is doing. I would recommend acupuncture to anyone - especially at Flora Fauna Wellness with Kacie.

I went into see Kacie because I was experiencing tension in the shoulders and neck. She First did cupping on the area which I felt immediate Releaf and finished with acupuncture . It was a very easy and relaxing experience. The salon of very clean and I enjoyed the experience. When I got home I began to feel a lot of the tension disappear and more mobility in my arms abs shoulders . I plan on going back next week because I think it will help me in my Recovery process as I continue my daily training and work out routines. Thank you Kacie for everything .

Kacie is a wonderful practitioner with a background in both eastern medicine/TCM and western functional medicine. Together the two worlds offer a compassionate and holistic healing space for you. If you struggle with stress, digestive issues, etc. you’re in good hands here.

From the moment I walked in, the space felt incredibly comforting and welcoming. Dr. Angela was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to truly listen to my concerns. She made me feel heard and supported, and I left feeling better both physically and mentally. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Elements of Wellness for a couple years now. I absolutely LOVE it here! Dr Caraza has helped me with everything, from minor to significant health challenges. She is a wealth of knowledge, but also the most warm and lovely Doctor you will ever meet. I have also started getting massages with Jack to rehab after surgery and he has been amazing as well. I highly recommend coming for acupuncture and a massage.

Dr. Caraza is the best! I saw her for my acupuncture and chiropractic needs, always leaving feeling 10x better than when I walked in. Victoria was always so friendly and helpful.
