BEACHSIDE COMMUNITY ACUPUNCTURE REVIEWS

Went for my first time to try acupuncture for the pain in my legs from running. Kathleen was very nice and informative regarding the whole process. Once she went over any concerns I had...it was time for the acupuncture. I was a little nervous but as she said it was a little lunch and nothing else. You have an hour to relax while doing the procedure. You sit in a recliner, with nice waves in the background, with light coming just from the windows which allows you to relax. I was able to relax and feel some relief from my left knee. The relief is not immediate but if done over time it’ll provide relief. It’s on a sliding scale after the initial consultation and I plan to go back. With the running I do...I need some relief.

I have been seeing Kathleen for several months now to help manage pain from a genetic hip condition and to alleviate my Hashimoto symptoms. I am so excited to share that cause of her work; I was able to run a half marathon with limited pain. It was my first half in 7 years and my most painless one! She is so kind and really cares about you. I would recommend her to anyone. I even recommended her to my personal trainer, and she saw Kathleen too. She helped her manage stress and finish this half marathon with me, too. 13/10 would recommend Kathleen.

After just 4 appointments so far, I have improved the circulation in both my toes and fingers. Amazing, that it could happen so quickly. I plan to continue with my weekly treatments to help myself with stress and sleeping issues. Kathleen is a very smart and experienced person. She is also a very nice person.

Gail has been a pleasant surprise introducing acupuncture to my healing process for my right knee. I have been impressed with her knowledge, approach and the calm that results after each treatment. She has not only helped comfort my knee, but each visit, I feel better overall. As an active competitor in multiple sports, I am convinced acupuncture will help my performance, help me maintain a high level of fitness, address injuries and even prevent them over time. I am looking forward to my continued weekly sessions as part of my wellness program. I highly recommend and many thanks to Gail at Pain Free Acupuncture Clinic.

I have only excellent things to say about Gail Daugherty. I referred several patients to her and they were all very pleased with the results.
