Showed up as a walk-in. Very polite staff. Knowledgeable and attentive. Got me in as quick as possible. Quote time was almost to the second. Not pushing medications or procedures. Ask my opinion and what I wanted to do. Overall, excellent.

just a very nice and professional staff. they seem to diagnose me each time (three to be exact) over the last few years. I highly recommend for any urgent care issues.

Appointment was available within an hour. Front desk was amazing and helped me with the insurance portion of the visit. Nurse was patient and easy to talk to. He understood the problem and helped put us at ease. The doctor was efficient and direct but also personable, greeting is with a smile. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Each one seemed to know exactly what we needed and provided excellent service at a difficult time. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Great staff! I felt like they genuinely cared about my care. I felt heard. Professional and knowledgeable but also caring and friendly. I didn’t have to wait a long time. My second visit. Highly recommend.

Very positive experience! Easy check-in. Clean, nice waiting area. Only waited about 45 min which is good for a Sat morning! Staff were all very personable from the receptionist to the medical assistant and the nurse practitioner. Thanks for the expert care and kindness y’all.

I was seen yesterday. I was in quite a bit of pain. The doctor and the nurses took very good care of me. They communicated with me every step of the way. I was administered the meds I needed and sent home with prescriptions. The wait was not long. This is the second time I’ve been here and it was just as good as the first time. I am home and feeling better. I highly recommend this facility.

Easy to make appointment, no wait. Doctor was extremely understanding of my issue and obliged my need for a conservative approach, even offering pediatric dose for medicines I needed. 100% will use them for future needs.

Legacy Urgent Care on Hardin in Mckinney is wonderful! They have taken good care of me every time I have been there! I always recommend Legacy.
