I had a wonderful experience with Next Steps as Chanel was a very good listener who was able to listen and help navigate me through all of my questions, which i had a quite a few. I wasn’t sure what to expect nor how to explain my thoughts but she was very patient with me and so knowledgeable in pointing me in the right direction. She was so nice and helpful with how she carefully and thoroughly was able to communicate with me. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long while! Definitely recommend.

My wife has been a client interested in any/all resources and related therapies and the importance of her overall mental health Improving. JEFF McManus has been absolutely monumental in the healing process of her mental well-being and stability. 5 years strong with this facility, and because of his/their unwavering help and understanding,his insistence to allow her to co-pilot, allowed her to gain her true independence and confidence. IN making decisions- they've always allowed her to flourish. These huge strides have improved every single aspect of and role in our lives today. I have my beautiful wife and our children have And amazing mother. She now has substantial recovery and she continues to grow and heal navigating her recovery journey. She could and will attest,- "Absolutely none of this , would have been possible with out the very hands and hearts of the staff at CCA and especially Nurse Practioner,Jeff McManus.

Charlotte has helped my son in many ways since starting to see her. I have already spread the word to a few of my other friends who have asked where I have gotten help for him. I enjoy the office staff, we rarely ever wait for our appointments and every one is kind and knowledable. My only critique would be redoing/cleaning the restrooms better and giving the staff a lounge type area for heating their food(some of it is fairly pungent) and enjoying their meals.

This place has been nothing short of exceptional in assuring I was placed with the right therapist to address all my needs for true healing in a safe place to do so! There aren't enough words to describe the number of therapy treatments they avial to their clients! Blessed and highly recommend this entire center and it's staff if you're considering getting well in every aspect of your life. Truly.
