I recently had a series of acupuncture sessions and was thoroughly impressed with both the treatment and the results. From the moment I walked into namaste clinic, I felt a sense of calm and professionalism. The acupuncturist took the time to understand my concerns, especially my anxiety and stress levels, and explained the process clearly before beginning. The treatment itself was relaxing and surprisingly comfortable. I noticed a significant reduction in my symptoms after just a few sessions, along with improved sleep and a general sense of well-being. What stood out most was the practitioner’s gentle approach, deep knowledge, and genuine care for my health. I would highly recommend acupuncture to anyone looking for a natural, holistic way to address pain or stress. It was a truly healing experience, and I’ll definitely be continuing treatments.

I came to Dr Mora through my husband who has been in treatment with her to treat his back pain, with great results, so I gave a try to relief my neck pain. After two sessions the difference was the noticeable, it was amazing, the usual presure that I felt daily disappeared. Now I’m doing sessions every two weeks to get all under control. Dr Mora is very professional and knowledgeable and in my case very effective. The office and service is outstanding, every room is very clean and with a great and relax ambience. I highly recommended.

Dr.Mora has been so amazing to work with. I come every other month and even then she is so helpful with subsiding my pain. dr. Mora really takes the time to listen and help relieve my localized pain. I would 100 percent recommend her.

Dr. Li is an excellent doctor with deep expertise and true integrity in the field of Chinese medicine. I’ve been dealing with a persistent issue in my lower right back for a long time. Recently, after sitting in a low position, the pain flared up badly—so much so that when I tried to get out of bed, I couldn’t even stand up straight. The pain was intense and unbearable. I visited Dr. Li’s clinic today, and she accurately diagnosed the issue right away. She performed acupuncture to relax my muscles, followed by cupping and a gentle adjustment massage. After the treatment, I was able to stand up with ease and without pain—it was such a relief! Dr. Li is not only highly skilled but also very caring and patient. I truly appreciate her thoughtful approach. I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with pain or looking for effective treatment through Chinese medicine.

I went there with pain all over my body. After one treatment, Dr. Li helped me with a permanent old injury. I went there with nerve damage that was getting worse. By the second treatment for the nerve in my hand, Dr. Li fixed the psoriatic arthritis in my hand and the nerve damage is gone. Dr. Li has helped me with overall pain in my body. I've been a Vita-Health customer for a couple of months, I've done acupuncture sessions, cupping and visited the salt cave. I feel great after every visit!
