I’ve been a patient of Dr Kennedy for over a year, and have seen him numerous times due to a chronic condition. He is a very knowledgeable doctor who takes pride in his work. He’s thorough in his assessment, in explaining the results, and in providing the necessary treatment and follow up care. He even goes beyond in ensuring that the insurance company receives all the necessary information to approve the prescribed medications. All office staff are very helpful and kind. I highly recommend Dr Kennedy.

Dr. Kennedy was exceptional, attentive, patient, and thorough in explaining everything clearly. We never felt rushed, and he made sure all our questions were fully answered. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Kennedy to anyone seeking an outstanding optometrist.

Very friendly and caring staff with all their patients. Newly renovated office with always latest technology. Best customer service ever. Everyone smiles!!!! Been going here for a few years now and I love Dr Balaguer and team. Dr B and wife Janet are best power couple and have an amazing eye care practice! Thank you both and team !! I’ll miss you guys since I’m moving out of state … but i totally recommend Dr B and staff to everyone looking for the best eye care.

Outstanding experience. All my expectations were exceeded. No wait time. Professional & friendly staff. The doctor is very knowledgeable & an excellent communicator. He explained diagnosis, treatment, and eye care in a way that was easy to understand. An eye examination like never before. Highly recommend Flamingo Falls Eye Care.
