I’ve had a wonderful experience at this yoga studio! The instructors are knowledgeable, welcoming, and truly care about each student’s growth. The classes are well-structured, calming, and great for all levels. I always leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and stronger—both physically and mentally. Highly recommend!

This place is a hidden gem! Moises was an amazing yoga instructor definitely worth checking out this facility.

Coming from four different yoga studios I can tell you this place is a Hidden gem. They offer consistent HIIT, Pilates & yin practices. If you’re new to Yoga or continuing your practice, this is a great place to be. Caring teachers, Not overly crowded (another plus!!) Great workshops (quantum energy Circles, Sound bathing, etc.) Not to mention if you don’t want be in a super hot space they have temps throughout the room to satisfy everybody & their needs, Awesome music too! On my first month.. Honest review? so far so good!! Keep up the great work! My only wish is they offered maybe 2-3 guest passes instead of one monthly for unlimited. But otherwise everything else is pretty great!

Almost 3 years ago I hobbled into this studio looking for stretches to relieve a back issue. Not only did I find relief in a physical sense, the unexpected benefits from practicing yoga translated to more awareness, happiness, and overall peace of mind in my daily life. None of this would have happened if it wasn’t for the passionate teachers and the great people at this studio.

Very good and authentic Japanese food—flavorful and delicious. The service was attentive, including the chefs, as I was seated at the sushi bar. Cozy atmosphere, fast service, and reasonable prices. I’ve found a great spot!
