My time at pyramid gave me great insight into my reasons for my addiction. all of my councilors and support team were great and were quick to help when I had an issue.i've received the tools I need to rebuild my life and stay sober and productive. I would strongly recommend to persons struggling with what I have to seek help from this facility. I am looking forward to taking all I learned and applying it to a better life..

If you're looking for a place that doesn't judge you or treat you like a number, you've found the right office!! The staff here are wonderful! Always smiling and friendly! It's nice to have people who really do want to help and see you succeed in your recovery journey! It's not an easy thing to do and having caring staff members definitely helps make it a bit easier! I've been going here for over 5 years and I've gotten to know all of the staff members and they know me by name! I'm treated with respect and I've never felt like they think I'm just a junkie. They truly care about their patients well-being. I was at a different treatment center and all they cared about was the money. They didn't care about ME as a person. Because of CleanSlate, I can proudly say I have not had any relapses ever! I'm almost 6 years in recovery! I couldn't have done that without their support and the support of my family! If you are struggling with addiction and need help I highly recommend CleanSlate! They help save lives! Thank you to the fantastic staff!! Recovery IS possible!! We DO recover!!

I have been 100% satisfied with my experience at Clean Slate. Thanks to Julie Lebouitz, my counselor, I have overcome many frustrations and self-coping issues due to addiction and my mental health. She has a genuine interest in her client and great communication skills. She has positive energy and accessible to me in order to gain trust. Hers views are flexible and she presents herself with sense of humor. Responsible like a mother figure where she is easy to talk to. Well organized practice and respectful. I suggest Julie for any client that has personal issues containing emotional, verbal or physical abuse.

Best outpatient treatment I've had. Doctors are both awesome, front desk workers, counselors, & manager are all absolutely awesome. There are some stupid rules set by people who never even stepped into the location but everyone there cares & will do everything to make things as simple & stress-free as possible. Truly couldn't recommend any higher.
