YOGA LAB REVIEWS
Did an Aerial Yoga silks class and loved it. The instructor was really great, worked through some more challenging poses but then ended with some really great deep stretches and light massage and relaxation. Great way to release your back with the upside down poses. Recommend wearing long sleeve and long pants, the silks can be tight in your skin with the wrapping and somewhat uncomfortable but was worth it! Only con is the class is somewhat expensive for a single class, but could get a package and then would probably be better.
I love Yoga Lab's classes! CK is a very passionate and knowledgable instructor. The classes are fun, relaxing, and strengthening - I never feel pressured to push too hard and leave feeling fantastic. I purchased the 10 class package and will be renewing it, I’m sure!
This is a beautiful, clean studio with an incredible team of teachers who care deeply for the minds and bodies of their students. The teachers all offer a different approach to their practice but it is easy to jump between teachers and classes. I came into the practice a few months ago as a total yoga skeptic and now I can't imagine not having it in my life, and I absolutely give credit to CK and her team for this.

I've been practicing at this studio for over two years. From my very first yoga class to where I am now, the instructors and fellow students have been positive and supportive. I have experienced marked improvements in my balance, flexibility, and general well-being, all of which have benefitted other aspects of my life. Great environment, great people.
Love this place! The yoga instructors are amazing in so many ways. Classes leave me refreshed, connected, and peaceful, even when I'm not at my best.
I love WE Yoga. Only 10 bucks per session and it makes you feel incredible. If you haven't tried yoga please do yourself a favor and check it out. Small class sizes and a range of skill levels available.

ALLENTOWN YOGA WORKS REVIEWS
Allentown Yoga Works is spacious and cozy, yet industrial. There is a decent amount of parking (street & lot), and it was fairly easy to get to from Bethlehem. There is plenty of space to store your belongings. They also have two restrooms and a changing room. The studio itself is uniquely shaped and mirrors span two walls. The room has decorative lighting and a black, rubbery-type floor, making it less slick. The class I took was Sarah Shea’s 10:30 AM Hot Vinyasa class, where the temperature ranged from 103-106 degrees and had a humidifier to make the room warmer, which was off during the class. The class itself was relaxingly intense. We started with Sun Salutations then transitioned from standing, balancing postures, to abdominal work on the floor, ending in savasana. Throughout the class, Sarah encouraged and reminded us that modifications were more than okay and to listen to our bodies. Each pose was challenging, but not so much that I felt like I couldn’t get through the class. By the end, I felt accomplished, knowing I’d done something healthy for myself. I will be returning and I look forward to taking more of Sarah Shea’s classes, particularly Hot Vinyasa.
Surprised how much I enjoy Bikram yoga. A friend talked me into going before I realized it was HOT and HUMID in there - but I LOVE it. I have always had a hard time getting into "typical" yoga with the flows, the changes every class, and the moves in general. Bikram yoga is my jam. I love the positions, the consistency and the great sweat that I get. You can find me at the early AM class - there's no better way to start the day. James is a wonderful teacher and in me he has a fan for life!
One of the best yoga experiences I have had. Best in the Valley.
