THE INSIGHT PROGRAM REVIEWS

The Insight Program was exactly what I needed. I came into the intensive outpatient program after being referred from an inpatient I attended in Georgia when I was 17 years old. I did 13 weeks of IOP and then stayed in their support group for 1 1/2 years. This program taught me how to be sober and live a sober lifestyle in a way that I could understand and relate to. I had been to 4 other treatment centers when I ended up here. I connected with this place the most because all of staff are in recovery and had gone through the program themselves. They were immediate examples that recovery was possible for me, and I knew they understood what I was going through because they had gone through it themselves. The meetings and functions gave me things to do in the evenings other than using substances and people my age who were sober to socialize with. This program gave me the environment and tools I needed to learn how be sober and take ownership over my life. I have 3 years sober next month and have fully transitioned into AA, but I will forever be grateful for my experience here and what I learned.

my parents put me into this program about a year ago after i overdosed on fentanyl, i was using everyday and had no means to get sober. the first day i came here i felt so loved and i felt like i belonged. i still didn’t want to get sober but i had nothing to lose and the people here were really nice. i joined outpatient and started to learn more about recovery along with myself. after a few months things got easier. i’m now 9 months sober and i am so grateful for this program. if it wasn’t for insight im not sure if i’d be alive or sober. the counselors and the kids in the support group here are the most genuine people i’ve ever met in my life.

A program that undoubtedly produces results. Loving environment and attentive counseling. I have personally experienced what this program has to offer and have sincere gratitude for what i have gained because of it. Highly recommend!

In May of 2006, I scheduled an appointment with Leslie Lyons at the Stop Smoking clinic. I did so because I had spoken to a couple that had smoked for years and they were so proud to inform me that they were no longer smokers because of Leslie’s awesome program. I too then joined the Leslie Lyons, Stop Clinic fan club!! I am so thankful that I went to see her. It has now been more than 18 years since I smoked my last cigarette. From my first visit with her, I can honestly say, that my desire to smoke became a thing of my past. The second and third visits with her were for reinforcement if needed. If you are on the fence, and you really want to stop smoking, please trust me, go to the Stop Clinic. You will be forever grateful that you made the choice to do so. Thanks again Leslie!

The STOP Clinic is an awesome experience. I smoked for over 40 years and after one session, I didn't want a cigarette. I finished the 3 day program and I am a confirmed non-smoker. It's hard to believe but I am a non-smoker and it feels great. Ms. Lyon is a outstanding facilitator who knows how to relax you and treat your addiction. I'm truly thankful for her thorough knowledge and expertise to help me conquer my addiction to cigarettes. I owe her my life. It's so easy, everyone should try it.
