Front desk staff, nurse and doc were all great. Friendly, competent and efficient. Billing and insurance handling was really efficient and accurate. And most importantly, I was totally satisfied with the quality of care I received and the very minor procedure I had done.

Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had! This location will now be my go to for urgent care needs. Dr. Chan and his staff were amazing. Quick to get me back and evaluated. He was very thorough and took his time explaining the diagnosis, but also the medications he was giving me. Overall, phenomenal patient care and I highly recommend this location.

The nurses, physician assistant, and front desk were so kind and apologetic for the wait. It was long but I never complain. Healthcare can not be scheduled down to the half hour. I'd rather be taken care of fully and not rushed. They took their time with me and were through. Thank you.

FASTMED URGENT CARE REVIEWS

I received excellent care today at FastMed Urgent Care. I was in and out in 40 minutes (office wasn’t super busy at the time). All the staff members were pleasant and efficient. My medical problem was addressed right away and a treatment plan was established. I would definitely recommend them for urgent care services.

This urgent care was very professional, The lady at the front desk spoke English in Spanish, which was nice. The doctor was awesome very nice lady. The radiologist the one that took my x-rays was also very, very nice. Awesome… I have gone to several urgent cares before, but this was the best ever experience.

They were a true lifesaver. Everyone was friendly fast and efficient and got the job done. I can't say enough good about them and I really appreciate their on the spot help. I'll definitely use them again.

Very friendly and accommodating staff! Been going here for years when I’m in a pickle with the kids and the wait is reasonable, the staff is very supportive and the care is great. I was there last night with my two girls and the staff was so friendly and entertained them while I tried to fill out the forms. I think my daughter is going to be excited about going to the doctor’s now. Everything is mobile and easy. Easy to book an appointment, easy to pay, easy to submit forms. Overall great experience.

It's never a good thing when I have to take my little ones to urgent care, but anytime I have to I bring them to this location. They are always so welcoming and thorough. They get our situation resolved or stable enough to get through the night and on to the doctor in the morning for further care. It's great to have a dependable and trusted resource.

Having just arrived in NC and my son getting sick..I was a little uneasy especially because of his complex medical needs. They are the kindest, most thorough urgent Care I've ever experienced. They worked with our Drs back home seamlessly to ensure my son got the correct treatment/,meds.
