Brighter Start was a lifesaver for our family. When searching for a facility, I was blessed to be led to this organization. The staff went above and beyond by communicating directly with our son, to answering all our questions to making an important judgement call that made a huge impact. We liked that there are no more than 15 clients at a time allowing for personal treatment and not feeling overwhelming in group settings. We appreciate Krystal, our son’s counselor and all she did to encourage and help him transition to sober living. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone ready to learn and accept help. The staff is compassionate and helpful. They also allow and plan fun group activities on the weekends.

My experience with Brighter Start Health so far has been exceptional. My sibling really needed help, the Outreach Director was there for me until I was able to finally get my sibling there. The fact that Brighter Start was there BEFORE I paid them any money really spoke to who they are and how much they care. They are good people that know what they are doing. My sibling has been there for a couple weeks and she is thriving.

Brighter Start Health has truly been a lifesaver for me. It took me a couple of tries to really get my recovery on track, but I can honestly say this organization stands above any other treatment center I’ve been to. My peer support, Todd, is absolutely amazing—he consistently goes above and beyond to help me. He shows tough love when I need it, challenges me to grow, and always balances it with compassion. He genuinely pushes me to reach my goals, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Hands down, the most professional, knowledgeable, passionate, and kind businesses/people on Eastern Seaboard of our Beautiful USA! If ever need to utilize a service such as this, I promise you will want to go with D&A Assessment Services!! They were truthful and thorough and with my unique situation, and hardly any involvement on my behalf (besides the online class which was amazing too - I love Patti!), Darci allowed me to realize that she and her company had everything under control. I wouldn't be back on the road and driving without the direct assistance provided by Darci and Patti! Amazing!!
