The staff at Family Vision Clinic is extraordinary in providing kind, professional and patient customer service to us and we witnessed to others! Both doctors that we have seen also exceeded any expectation. My college age kids and I have struggled to find a good fit since our lifelong doctor stopped practicing. We have tried a couple other places that required repeat trips and we still were not 100% satisfied. The doctors at Family Vision Clinic spent time listening and their recommendations were right on the first try! This will be my family’s forever vision care.

I have used this practice for many years and Dr Peterson and staff consistently provide excellent care. Whether it is during annual exams, or fitting you in last minute for any issues. Outstanding service! Very prompt, welcoming, professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Peterson was lovely! She was very kind and patient, and explained everything well with lots of context which helped my mother, who has dementia, a lot. I really appreciated that.

Dr Casper is awesome it was a very comprehensive exam. Bed side manner second to none. The only issue was there was one of the girls behnd the front desk who wore reddish glasses who was trying to smooth a client/patient over the phone we heard every word and honesty she sounded very condescending while talking on the phone. I did not need to hear that. The conversation should have been held in a more private location not where the patients can listen.

The team at Cape Fear Eye Institute is always pleasant, professional and run on time. Dr. Casper is thorough, listens to my concerns and is the best ophthalmologist I have had in my long lifetime! This group provides excellent care, whether routine or emergency and I recommend them highly.

Dr. Casper is very personable and all my exams have been very thorough. I had floaters in one of my eyes and he knew exactly where to send me. I would highly recommend him! He will spend the added time to explain your questions.

Great first impression!! I selected Atlantic Vision Center based on their high ratings. I was seeking a new optometrist since my vision problems had not been resolved where I previously went. I was willing to travel 2 hours from home to give Atlantic Vision Center a try. It was completely worth it! They did thorough comprehensive tests & Dr. Brigman found my previous prescription was off in both eyes. She fitted me with the perfect contacts! I was pleased how friendly & thorough she was. I also received great assistance from such a sweet lady in finding just the right pair of eyeglasses. I feel like I’m finally in the right care for my vision!.

All these reviews are spot-on! The entire staff is amazing! The support staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Brigman is outstanding, very detailed and thorough. You will not get better guidance in choosing glasses than Pam in the optical dept. I have special eye needs and it is worth the one hour drive to get the special care I receive from this wonderful group.

Dr. Brigman and her staff give us a detailed and thorough exam. She communicates our results with our medical provider. So with all that professional expertise,she is just so nice.
