MyTime Recovery

I came to My Time fresh out of inpatient for the first time and incredibly nervous about my next steps. Steve, Mary, and other staff members welcomed me with open arms and an empathetic, understanding approach that had me feeling right at home in no time! Groups on subjects like relapse warning signs and prevention, managing tough emotions, and healthy coping skills were packed with useful information I am now using constantly in my everyday life. The folks who ran the groups are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I’m eternally grateful to My Time for teaching me about such important topics in an easily-digestible way and proving how much they care about every single client who walks through their doors. If you’re looking for a place to learn lots of information vital to recovery, explore the way your mind works, and interact with amazing, caring staff, I couldn’t recommend My Time enough!

Excellent facility, beautiful homes . Trust me , I’ve been in quite a few other recovery programs. The professionalism and genuine concern for clients is hands down the best. From detox to all stages of group/individual therapy. The best SLE program as well .Even the drivers do their part . Awesome team! I will name just a few that had a huge impact: Sylvia, Sean ,Jeremy, Trevor, Bri,Christy,Ramona,Melissa and of course Jill who allowed me to really be involved with my recovery without having to worry about all the disability stuff.???????????????? Also the ladies in Soundbath and Yoga Heather and Courtney.???? My opinion: The best in the Valley!!

As a staff for My Time Recovery I have had nothing but positive experiences. The opportunity it has given me to grow professionally has been amazing, the interaction we get to have with our clients makes me feel as if we are also growing and take steps in life with them. I can’t imagine feeling so fullfilled working anywhere else. Definitely a place where the environment is full of positivity.
