A very lively place to come with friends of family. Other than the prices for the steak options, the cost for everything else was reasonable. It can be hard to find parking. Our server was very nice, the food came out fast and it tasted great, it was a clean environment, and we all had a great time.

T Street is a wonderful vibe! Great food and great service!! Bri is always delightful. The salad is always on point. The drinks are flavorful and beautiful. Thank you, T Street. This is one of my fave CO spots. I am so glad that I was able to introduce my sis-friend to your fine establishment this evening. We had a blast!!

I thought this was just a burger place but it's much more. Large bar area and the Bartenders.made a great Old Fashioned. The baked Brie was my favorite.

YARD HOUSE LAKEWOOD REVIEWS

This is a great restaurant to hang out and watch football or sports. There are many TVs around the restaurant where you can watch games while eating. The atmosphere is very lively. The food is good quality and service is prompt. There are many different menu items to choose from including vegetarian, gluten free, and low calorie too.

This particular location never disappoints. I had not been in for almost a year and stopped in for a late lunch on a Sunday. BBQ chicken salad dinner size is huge and fresh. Our table also had the grilled cheese and tomato soup which was also very good. Our waiter was great and kept my iced tea refilled which was greatly appreciated.

GREAT HAPPY HOUR! We had a great waiter. Drinks were great, too. Just don't get the calamari. Unless you like over breaded dryer out squid.

Melie was so attentive to us! She really went above and beyond to be friendly, genuine, attentive to my wants and needs, timely and a true representative of what a hospitality professional should be. A great representative of the business at Denny’s!

Most delicious crepe’s ive had in a long time. My tables server Joaquin was very efficient, getting us drinks and food within 15 minutes of us being here. Great service and food overall. Very yummy!
