This cake is beautiful! We didn’t know what we wanted on the cake and asked Jack to surprise us. He didn’t disappoint, and he definitely surprised us. Not only was the cake beautiful, the frosting was delightful! Highly-pigmented frosting can sometimes taste bad, but Jack’s frosting is incredible. The vanilla cake was fluffy too! Swing by last week to pick up a last minute cake here while on vacation and everyone was extremely kind and friendly would recommend talking to the lady at the front who helped us pick out the perfect cake thanks!

My awesome mom shipped us the brownie sampler to Utah, and they were delicious! They held up well being shipped and I’m really excited to try more flavors.

Janusz was wonderful to work with for our wedding cake. He was happy to show us examples of similar work he’s done in the past and draws detailed sketches to give you an idea of what the final product will look like. He even sent us a video explaining his final sketch and had a great idea for incorporating some personal details into a sugared cake topper instead of hidden in the cake tiers like we had originally asked for. The cake turned out beautifully, and tasted even better! We saved the top and had one slice every month after our wedding, and it was always just as good as the day it was made!

We ordered cake,cookies and cupcakes for our daughter’s first birthday from Elegant Bakery and we loved it. Everything was perfect and very delicious. All our guests liked the taste of the cake. Chef Janusz created our cake just like we mentioned it to her. Great customer service also. We definitely recommend this bakery.

Janusz did a phenomenal job providing desserts for our wedding and we couldn't be happier. We started with a sit-down meeting in which we sampled desserts, discussed budget and vision, and Chef Janusz pulled it all together for us and made the entire experience stress-free.

Cakes by Karen went out of their way to fix a little problem. I went to pick up a small wedding cake for a Colorado celebration and the roses were missing. The cake was already absolutely gorgeous but I felt that the roses were needed. The counter person called and had the designer bring down roses the next morning to put on the cake. What a beautiful small wedding cake. The shop really made it right for me. Thank you to everyone who was part of this little cake.

My daughter’s first birthday was less than a month away and I found Cakes By Karen online. I wanted a small smash cake and one larger size cake with her initials. The cakes were delivered to the party on time and they did a beautiful job with the designs to match her theme. I was satisfied with how the cakes turned out and would order from them again in the future.

Cakes by Karen has done three of the four, of my daughters birthday cakes. They always do an excellent job, but this year they really outdid themselves with a unicorn cake, that my kid later said, was her favorite part of the day! Thank you so much for making it so special and extremely tasty!
